Before my soccer game today i ate a bag of skittles but no complex carbohydrates. Erego, i started the game buzzing with energy which quickly ran out. During the first ten minutes or so i sprinted everywhere, changing direction quickly. This results in a high rate of change in speed as well as direction, which means that i had a high acceleration, both positive and negative. As the sun started to get extra hot and my energy was running low, I less and less frequently made hard runs up the line and chased an opponent across the field. Generally i stayed in a 30 by 30 yard area, rarely sprinting or changing direction. This resulted in a lower rate of change in speed and direction, henceforth a low acceleration. Not only can i 'learn from my mistake' by eating a healthy meal before games and not eating candy, but i can apply my movement (or lack thereof) to physics.
